I’m Alessandra – an Italian professional with an effervescent spirit and full of zest, like an authentic glass of prosecco. My unwavering curiosity and passion for uncovering the wonders of science have shaped my experience in the healthcare field.

After pursuing a Master's degree in Medical Biotechnology in my home country, I spent eight enriching years in Brussels, where I immersed myself in meticulous research. During this time, I worked on fascinating projects involving stem cells and liver toxicology, while also joining international collaborations in Prague. Along the way, I discovered my true passion: communicating medical knowledge.

After earning a PhD in Pharmacological Sciences, I trained in clinical research, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the field, which led me to work as a medical writer at a biomedical company. But soon enough, my independent spirit drove me to take the leap and go solo. I fully embraced my love for science and started my own business in medical writing.

I am captivated by science and its powerful impact on medicine, encompassing everything from drug development and cutting-edge treatments to clinical trials. With my blend of academic and medical skills, I can transform complex medical concepts into engaging and accessible content for experts and the general public. I develop educational materials about healthcare for patients and the general public to raise awareness, expand their knowledge and empower them on health issues.

I thrive on understanding people’s needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
